Liars can be wildly entertaining people. They can tell a story or a joke like no other. They can come up with an excuse to get you out of going to your boss' birthday lunch (that sounds plausible). But what happens when you no longer believe a single thing that they say? Perhaps it is wise to suggest a new career path to them, selling fantasy.
